x__o My homework assignment for Computers as Medium. I was *supposed* to get a picture and do a photomanipulation, but instead, I just decided to draw it from scratch using a couple of references from other pictures.

The stream in the picture was probably drawn over a couple of times. I wanted ripples, but I couldn't get them right. The water was originally this bright blue until I realized that the canopy of the trees were probably covering the light. I then made it a more darker teal color.

After that, I turned off the water layer and I got this really neat realistic effect with the water (Or at least I think its realistic..>_>...). I'll put that version in scraps later, perhaps.

After that, I went nuts on the little sparkles....=_= That was the fun part.

I went to class this morning very satisfied with my homework when I discovered that my professor had canceled class...

Yay.

>_> By the way...thanks Fuu for letting me know about the crooked beam of light. I thought it looked weird, but I was probably gonna overlook that.

Uhh...I think it might look better if you fullsize it.

simply amazing! I love how the light beam shines through the trees! :heart: did you do this digitally or traditionally?

^_^ Thanks bunches~! Although I wasn't so sure if the light beams worked very well at first, but I'm glad you like them.

I did this digitally, but with a tablet.

Although I had some clicky fun with the mouse.

^_^ Yeah. Photoshop and a tablet/pen. :3 Good stuff.

Although I had a ton of layers. Multiply and overlay help heaps.
